The What Is Missing? Foundation (WIM) works to create innovative artworks that utilize sound, media and scientific and historical information to connect people to the species, places and natural phenomena that have disappeared, or will most likely disappear if we don’t act to protect them. In 2023 WIM was awarded two Webbys — Best Navigation/Structure and Activism.
For over ten years I worked as a lead designer and researcher for architect Maya Lin’s science-based art memorial. My web work for WIM centered on design, environmental and photographic research and the development of international art installations.
