The brainchild of yours truly and travel-writer Kate Thorman, Abbott & West Productions was a spirited, creative and thoughtful New York City-based production company focused on food and travel. Our central project was a web show called The Innocents Abroad that highlighted the work of international chefs and explored cultures through their cuisine. With my co-founder I produced, directed, edited and hosted the show, developed our website, coordinated film shoots across America, managed a creative team, produced multimedia website content, ran a successful $17,000 Kickstarter campaign and developed our marketing + branding.
